Amstel Curacao Race 2009

This yearly cycling race took place last weekend and had numerous attendees. As is becoming a tradition, celebrities in the cycling world are invited and bring prestige to this race. Held yearly on the small island of Curacao, the Amstel Curacao Race boasted this year with the presence of two time Tour de France winner Alberto Contadore. At this event a local trust office, Trustmoore (Curacao) N.V. gave away a brand new bike to the most talented young Antillean Cycler. Hopefully others will follow in Trustmoore's footstep and join in this philosophy that to ensure a bright tomorrow you have to invest in the youth of today. As George van Zinnicq Bergmann, Managing Director at Trustmoore (Curacao) N.V. said during his speech: We wish this young talent all the best and may he win many more races. With a role model as Alberto Contadore I am sure that the bar can never be set too high.

Following government approval, the bill will now go forward for European Commission and domestic parliamentary debate. Change of ownership for Golden Casino

US pull-out follows sale to an undisclosed buyer Communications to marketing affiliates of  Golden Casino .com have thrown further light on yesterday's reports that the operation is to refuse new US members effective December 1st . The communication advises that the change in business model has been motivated by a change of ownership - the buyer is not disclosed - and notifies affiliates that "...in light of recent events one of our clients, Golden Casino, is in the process of being sold, and under the new ownership, Golden Casino will no longer be accepting new players as of December 1, 2009.
